Educating the Innovators of Tomorrow
We believe education is the foundation of brighter futures for our communities. Specifically, we support programs in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) which hold promise of future innovations. Programs that supplement classroom learning in robotics, agricultural and horticultural technology and experimental science show our impact in the community. In fact, through the AEP Foundation we created Credits CountSM to help students gain college credits even before they complete high school and to inspire middle school students to explore STEM in the future. In addition, we are active in our communities’ schools as volunteers and mentors. Tomorrow’s innovators rely on us to show them the way. Our leadership is focused on giving teachers the resources to implement new programs and on making higher education accessible.
